Η κουβέρτα από περισσεύματα - Scrap blanket

Καλημέρα σε όλους! Είναι η περίοδος που τελειώνω όσα project, έχω αφήσει μισά. Επιτέλους λοιπόν,  τέλειωσα την κουβέρτα από περισσεύματα. Την παίδευα από τότε που πάτησα πόδι στην Κρακοβία. Αρχικά η ιδέα ήταν να γίνει μια πολύχρωμη, μεγάλη κουβέρτα.Θα ένωνα τετράγωνα κομμάτια πλεγμένα σε βελονάκι και βελόνες, με διαφορετικές τεχνικές πλέξεις.

Η ιδέα ήταν καλή, στην πράξη όμως δεν προχωρούσε, πρώτον γιατί συνεχώς δούλευα σε κάποιο άλλο πλεκτό, δεύτερον γιατί τα περισσεύματα που είχα, ποτέ δεν ήταν αρκετά για βγάλω σχήματα ίδιων διαστάσεων, τρίτον και ίσως σημαντικότερο, δεν ένιωθα άνετα να δουλεύω με βελόνες. 
Είχα πολύ καιρό να τις πιάσω και τα χέρια μου ήταν απόλυτα σκουριασμένα.

Να μην τα πολυλογώ, αποφάσισα να τελειώσω την κουβέρτα με ότι είχα, κι επειδή στην πορεία της δημιουργίας της, ο σκύλος μου την χρησιμοποιούσε για να ξαπλώσει, να αποδεχτώ την κατάσταση και να ελπίζω ότι θα την μοιράζεται μαζί μας έστω όταν βλέπουμε ταινία στον καναπέ. 

Good morning everyone!
It is the period that Im finishing all my left half projects. So finally, I finished my blanket of leftovers. I was working on it, ever since I stepped foot in Krakow.

Originally the idea was to make a colorful, large blanket uniting square pieces, from crochet and knit techniques.

The idea was good, but in practice, did not proceed.
First because I was constantly busy with another knitted.
Secondly, because the leftovers I had was never enough, to get outof them shapes of the same size and thirdly and perhaps most importantly, I was not feeling comfortable working with needles.I had really long time to used them and my hands were completely rusted.

To keep it brief, I decided to finish my blanket with whatever scrap yarn I had.

In the process of the blanket creation, the united piece was exposed on the couch, so my dog used them to lie down. When I started working on finishing the blanket, I first accepted the situation, that the blanket was property of Robben, and just hoped that he will share it with us when we watching a movie.
